I am 32 and my eyelids have become crepey and hooded. It ages me and makes me feel insecure. What treatment or procedure(s) would address this and have lasting results?

Answer: Simple skin only upper blepharoplasty would be an excellent choice. Thank you for your photographs. Your brow position appears to be excellent, as does its shape and contour. You have a minimal amount of redundant skin of your upper eyelids so a skin only upper blepharoplasty should easily address your concerns. This can be done under locally anesthesia and has a minimal downtime and minimal recovery time with a long lasting result. Consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon. Best wishes.

Answer: More information You need an upper blepharoplasty to remove excess eyelid skin. The photographs of your brow are limited so I cannot tell if you would benefit from a browlift. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
