You would benefit from upper blepharoplasty rather than brow lift given your anatomy and age. It is much more effective and predictable and appropriate.

It appears that an upper eyelid blepharoplasty would be ideal for you. I would recommend seeing an American Board of Plastic Surgery certified plastic surgeon with experience in periorbital surgery.

Hello, thanks for your question and photos. Based off your photos you are candidate for an upper blepharoplasty and lower blepharoplasty. Since the lower eyelids only appear full (from herniated periorbital fat pads) and no excess skin is evident then a transconjunctival lower blepharoplasty could be performed to avoid any visible scars. The upper blepharoplasty incision/scar is well hidden within the upper eyelid creases. These procedures provide long lasting results and should correct the concerns your noted above.

Thank you for your photographs. Your brow position appears to be excellent, as does its shape and contour. You have a minimal amount of redundant skin of your upper eyelids so a skin only upper blepharoplasty should easily address your concerns. You need an upper blepharoplasty to remove excess eyelid skin. The photographs of your brow are limited so I cannot tell if you would benefit from a browlift.

You are a perfect candidate for a skin only upper eyelid blepharoplasty. The procedure is done in my office under local anesthesia after you are given an oral medication for relaxation and a weight appropriate dose shot of a narcotic. Once you are comfortable with the light sedation, the only thing that you feel is local anesthetic injection, but it doesn't bother you because the previous medication is making you feel so good. It then takes one hour and your lids are free of the hooding. The suture line is in the natural crease of your eyelid about 9-10 millimeters above your lashline. At the corner of your eye, the suture line extends lateral up toward the corner of your eyebrow in a natural smile line. There is some swelling and bruising for a few days. You are able to function one to two days after surgery. The sutures are removed 5 to 7 days after surgery. Make up may be applied 2 days after the stitches are removed. The incision line is initially red, then fades to pink back to normal skin color over 4 to 6 weeks. As with any aesthetic procedure it is essential to choose your surgeon most carefully. Based on your photo but without an examination, you appear to be an excellent candidate to cosmetically improve the appearance of your eyelids with an artistically performed conservative upper lid blepharoplasty.

Following the advice of anyone who would presume to tell you what to do based on a limited 2 dimensional photo without taking a full medical history, examining you, feeling and assessing your tissue tone, discussing your desired outcome and fully informing you about the pros and cons of each option would not be in your best interest. Find a plastic surgeon that you are comfortable with and one that you trust and listen to his or her advice. The surgeon should be certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and ideally a member of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS). You should discuss your concerns with that surgeon in person.

The pictures are rather limited, however, it appears that your eyebrows are in an excellent position, and a brow lift is not necessary. Consider an upper blepharoplasty to remove the excess skin on your upper lids, which can make them more symmetrical, and rejuvenated. This procedure can be done under local anesthesia as an outpatient procedure.

You will have a beautiful improvement with a blepharoplasty. You are young enough to just do that procedure. As we age the brow will start to drop and this will give the appearance of the upper eyelid skin becoming lax again. Usually the browlift is very efficient in improving the aesthetics of the area around the eyes, giving a rested youthful look.
