I am a very active, healthy and accomplished 42 year old. My whole life I have been what I believe to be unattractive. I have made small changes to my eyelids and nose but as I age it is definitely not enough. I need a completely honest review of everything I should have done if, in an ideal world, I was able to in order to achieve some semblance of attractiveness. Thank you!
