Lip incompetence after braces and tooth removal. How to improve side profile? (photos)

I've had braces twice in my life and had in total 6 teeth removed (2 upper premolars and the 4 wisdom teeth) the malocclusion is gone and the biting is almost perfect. However, I still got lip incompetence. I can close my lips if I try, however I get a mentalis strain, which in turn makes my chin looks recessed. Also, my lower lips seem to be protruding more than the upper one as well. What can I do to achieve a more aesthetically pleasant side profile? Thank you.
