Profile balancing - is there anything I can do besides surgery? Or is surgery my only option? (Photo)

In the profile photo provided it appears that you have a protrusive chin that is also short in the vertical dimension. This is evident from the deep mentolabial fold. I would recommend both a reduction in the amount of horizontal projection and simultaneously adding some length to decrease the depth of the fold. I am not aware of any nonsurgical options.

Procedure options. Depends on what you’re trying to achieve. If you want to reduce the size of your chin, then surgery is probably your only option.
Augmentation can be done with fillers, but removing tissue typically involves surgery.
Chin reductions are probably more commonly performed by oral surgeons than plastic surgeons, but potentially doctors from both specialties could potentially do the procedure.
