In the profile photo provided it appears that you have a protrusive chin that is also short in the vertical dimension. This is evident from the deep mentolabial fold. I would recommend both a reduction in the amount of horizontal projection and simultaneously adding some length to decrease the depth of the fold. I am not aware of any nonsurgical options.
