I went to two jaw surgeons consultations and they said a sliding genioplasty would be the best option as a jaw surgery would have only a slight improvement. BUT it looks like my cheeks are really big, specially when smiling, maybe due to having prominent cheekbones. You can see a picture of me from above which shows that it is just the bone and not fat. I am very skinny so I don’t know if what you can see are chubby cheeks, or it looks like that because of my jaw. What procedure do I need?
