Aside from my nose being overprojected and having a dorsal hump, I am pretty sure I have a deep/low radix, and am wondering if a radix graft would help my profile. I edited a photo of my side profile where I filled in the radix, removed the hump/length and defined the tip. Thank you!

Answer: Radix Graft Hi there! I think your morph looks pretty good. Adding tissue to the radix can certainly help. I do think yours may be a bit deep. It's important to add something soft such as fascia as more firm grafts can create visibility long term. Hope this helps!

Rhinoplasty is one of the most beautifying surgeries that we do as plastic surgeons. A large portion of my practice is dedicated to rhinoplasty surgery. It is important to only see plastic surgeons with extensive experience in rhinoplasty, ie perform at least 6 per month and have performed hundreds of cases.
