Is it true that noses gets hard after rhinoplasty? If that’s the case, will I still be able to pinch and move my nose

I was doing my research regarding rhinoplasty, and some patients said that their noses got hard and stiffened. I unconsciously pinch and wipe my nose, but I can stop these habits for a few months after rhinoplasty, but I’m really scared that I’ll screw things up if ever my nose gets hard forever. Hi! This is Arzu from Dr Caner Kaçmaz clinic. After surgery during a couple of months you can feel the nose harder because of the surgery. The total recovery is in one year. After a year the hardness will be gone.

Have not met any patients that have changed their nasal appearance after rhinoplasty by manipulating their noses. Even after a simple primary rhinoplasty, your nose will be rather hard and stiff for the first several months after the surgery because of the fluid retention in your nose. If you've had additional cartilage grafts added to the nasal tip, especially from the ear, then you'll have permanent stiffness in the nose.

The bodies sensation will differ after intervention. This is true for rhinoplasty surgery as well. There may be some numbness, and since the nose is being changed, it will be perceived as being different afterwards.
Most people do the changes after plastic surgery, and many things return to normal.
The most important two Variables when it comes to long-term quality outcomes for cosmetic surgery, is understanding your patient procedure and provider selection.
If you’re interested in having rhinoplasty surgery, then I suggest working diligently at five and experience provider in your community.
Rhinoplasty surgery is not always easy or straightforward and provider selection is critical for patients to maximize high patient satisfaction and quality outcomes.
The following are some general ideas on how to find the best provider for your needs.
To find the best provider, I suggest patient schedule multiple in person consultations with experienced plastic surgeons in their community. During each consultation, ask each provider to open up their portfolio and show you their entire collection of before and after pictures of previous patients who have similar body or facial characteristics to your own. An experienced plastic surgeon should have no difficulty showing you the before and after pictures of at least 50 previous patients. An experienced provider should in fact have hundreds or preferably thousands of before and after pictures to choose from for commonly performed procedures. 
Being shown a handful of preselected images, representing the best results of a provider’s career is insufficient to get a clear understanding of what average results will look like in the hands of each provider.
There is no correct number of consultations needed to find the best provider. The more consultations you scheduled the more likely you are to find the best provider for your needs. 
Take careful notes during each consultation, especially regarding the quantity and quality of before and after pictures. It’s not a bad idea to bring pictures of your own body/face to use as reference when reviewing before and after pictures. 
The biggest mistake patients make is scheduling only one consultation without properly vetting or comparing providers before scheduling surgery.
