Scar 1.5 yrs after breast augmentation followed by extrusion (2 months po). Did I have a reaction? (photo)

After 1.3 year after removal of the implant (due to seroma and exposure) i find myself with this scar. I expelled the stiches until 6 months after the removal. Can i had have a reaction to vicryl?

I do not recommend specific sleeping positions to my patients after breast surgery, other than do not sleep on your stomach. NSAID's like ibuprofen and naprosen help control swelling.
