Keloid scare from breast augmentation and fat transfer. Would an explant help the scars? (photo)

Four years ago I did breat augmemtation, but my scares developed into kiloid scars. I feel realy bad about the scars I feel uncomfortable and unconfident to look at it or feel it . Now I am planning to remove my silicone implants and do breast fat transfer. my questions are: will the scares get worse after silicone removal? Or can the surgeon cut the old scars off? Can I have the fat transfer immidiately straight after the implants removal? Thank you for your tips in advance. Mona,
