Would a forehead reduction improve my face?

I have heard of this procedure d been told my forehead is quite large. I honestly did not think of it before, but I also do not know any doctors who do this in my area. Any feedback would b appreciated

I do a log of cranial surgery. Adjusting the back of the head can be done with a bone cement, or, with an implant that is a synthetic biocompatible material. A CT scan is usually needed in advance.

A combination of shaving of bone prominences and addition of volume in hallow areas with fat or frosen cadaver bone grafts, would be an option. A consultion with a board certified plastic surgeon, with experience in craniofacial surgery, is recommended. Good luck.

You seem to be a good candidate for rorehead reduction, based on these photos. Incision is place along the hairline in zig-zag fashion and is barely visible. In case like yours hairline can be lowered 2-3 cm. Hope this helps. Good luck.
