I have a longer face and not much definition on my cheeks, although I have high cheekbones. I have an appointment for Voluma, but just curious if I I should go with 1/2 or 1 syringe per side. I want a noticeable difference, but yet I don't want to have a fat looking face either. What would be a reommendation? I don't want my face to look as long.

Answer: Cheek Volumization -- Voluma, Vollure, Restylane Defyne, Radiesse, Bellafill, Sculptra cheeks take at least 1-2 syringes a side to give good shape and contour even in someone who has normal volume. I suggest you see an expert, 1/2 a syringe will be barly noticeable. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: Amount of Voluma needed for cheeks I would say that most people would require at least one cc of Voluma per side on the cheeks. If you are concerned with looking too full with a total of two syringes, you could always have one used first and then come back at another time if you feel you want more improvement.
