You still have a baby face and are very pretty. You can have some fat injection in some parts of your face and the stem cells in the fat will retain the youthful appearance for you. Voluma has the be repeated and considering your age it is going to be costly to keep getting the injections.

There are two different ways for you to restore your lost volume - you can choose a hyaluronic acid filler such as Voluma or Sculptra which will make your own collagen.  Either way it will help rejuvenate and replace the lost collagen.  Please consult an expert in facial cosmetic injections.  Best, Dr. green

You already area young and beautiful so do not worry! I think Sculptra is not the product I would pick for your face shape instead I would recommend you treat with additional Voluma in your upper cheeks. I think the Voluma will lift and contour the cheeks and give the youthful appearance you are looking for. Best of luck with your treatment! 

Hello Melissa9856,You are beautiful and do have a very youthful appearance. When we age our faces do change and we lose volume. Sculptra would not be my recommendation for you. Two achieve the fullness you desire additional syringes of Voluma or Radiesse will be needed. Hope this helps,
