with liposuction, or any surgery, are based on several factors which include:
areas of concern, type of liposuction performed, surgeon and facility fees. The
first step is to find a board-certified plastic surgeon, preferably one who is
a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, who you feel comfortable with
and they will decide if you are a good candidate for surgery. Tumescent
liposuction is considered the gold standard of fat removal and is used by most
board-certified plastic surgeons. Surgeon and facility fees vary depending on
location, type of facility and how many areas of liposuction will be performed.
These will depend on your health and other factors as well, and are great
questions to ask your surgeon at your consultation.

Although it is better to have an in person consultation, try to send more pictures showing different angles. A tummy tuck seems to be the best answer for you, which not only will take your extra skin away but will also repair your abdominal muscle wall. It is always best to be seen in person you may benefit from lipo if you only want fat removal, but more likley will need a tummy tuck to get a flatter abdomen.

Although a consultation and an examination are required to give you the best options, from the photo you provided, I doubt liposuction alone will provide results that will thrill you. i beleive some form of abdominoplasty will probably be required.
