El doctor Gaxiola es mi doctor por mas de 20 años. Toda mi familia va con el desde mi abuelita , papá, mamá y tías. Yo eh tenido 5 cirugías con el doctor Gaxiola y siempre es un éxito . Hasta pone mi música favorita en el quirófano Marc anthony y Maña. Tiene Arte en sus manos . Y el mismo que te pone la anesthesia esta con el por más de 20 años . El es súper professional y sabe lo que hace.

I had surgery with doctor Gaxiola last year & my over all experience from start to finish was amazing. The staff is super friendly and attentive. Dr Gaxiola came in to see how I was doing immediately after surgery and the after care was amazing. They were fast in responding any questions I had after surgery. I loved my results as well!

I love Dr Gaxiola, he did Lipo 360, BBL ... He listened everything I said and it showed up in my results I love my new body its beautiful shape , can wait to have my nose done with him.

Got my rhino with dr.Gaxiola and I love my new nose so much I’m so happy I went with him, if you are considering him just go for it! He has more patients then the real self reviews. The clinic was clean and staff is nice.

I reached out to Gaxiola Clinic via email, staff returned my email promptly within less 24 hours. I spoke shortly with Adriana, emailed pictures of myself for a quote.
I scheduled a person to person consultation with the cost of $50, which would go towards surgery if I decided to schedule with Gaxiola. This was in the month of April when the pandemic had started. There was a safety protocol in place to wear a face mask and also no company would be allowed to joim me to wait or to attend my consultation. I meet with the doctor and I felt he listened well and did not push unnecessary procedures on me. He agreed that I needed a tummy tuck and also I requested lipo on flanks and he recommended on upper and lower back , I requested Jplasma because of my concern of loose skin on back. I felt comfortable and confident with the doctor's advice and proceed to schedule for surgery in the month of May after the doctor received more directions from health officials on surgeries while in a pandemic. May came around and I had to reschedule my surgery I only gave them about less than two weeks notice and there is a charge of rescheduling $200. I accepted to pay $200 more because it was my son's graduation. I had continuous contact back and forth with questions which all where answered promptly either by email or phone call by Adriana his scheduling clerk. I was given a pre-OP folder with instructions to follow before surgery. The doctors office reaches out to you a week before and a day after with more instructions.

After a lot of research I have finally decided on Dr. Gaxiola for my Lipo 360, BBL and Arm Lift. I am also adding Jplasma for skin tightening. I am a plus size girl, size 14. I have a condition calles Lipodema that makes me gain weight on my thighs. I do want to eventually have lipo done on my thighs as well but since they are so big I figure I will need to address only that area for one round. I had a mmo 5 years ago but have gained some weight since. Trying to lose as much weight as I can before surgery.
Just gave my deposit and my surgery is scheduled for September 3rd, 2020!

5’2-125lbs. I was skeptical about going to Tijuana for this procedure but I’m so glad I did. I received 450CC/lift(silicon).My recovery is taking a while not as I expected but I am happy with my choice. The downside was that the primary language is Spanish when going to the clinic. I do speak Spanish so that helps. The doctor was honest with me about the procedure. The staff at this facility were amazing. They were attentive and took care of me. The doctor has you stay for a night at the facility to monitor vitals and the recovery which I absolutely love. They fed me and kept me comfortable. I’m currently 2 1/2 weeks post op and still recovering. The scarring is healing very well. I currently am feeling a little pain in the sternum area when I stand straight. Kind of curious if that is common. Even though I did a lot of research before the surgery I still feel like I had different recovery results. I personally was in pain and still have some pain. The lift is what made it more difficult for me. My posture when I stand and walk is a little hunched over. I’m getting use to it all still. I’m still happy I made this decision.

Here is 3 weeks post op. Feeling good :)

Most soreness went away. All my incisions are pretty much closed. That's a good feeling. Just got the approvals to start massaging my breast. I still wake up super heavy up top but it goes away once I'm up and going.

Here is 4 weeks post op. Not in pain anymore. Still not wearing a bra with underwire. I am curious if I’m able to sleep on my stomach and sides now. I’ll be asking my dr. Pretty happy with my results. Wishing I would’ve gone bigger.

I'm still recovering. Almost back to normal. I have not wore underwire bras yet. I will be asking my doctor if I can sleep on my stomach and sides now. My right arm is still a little stiff. I can't fully extend it over my head. Wishing I would've gone bigger maybe 500 cc or so.
Anyways m super happy with my results.

This is my before and after. 27 years old. 1 kid. I got a lift with 450CC silicon. I am happy with my results thus far. I've always had big breast and after breast feeding they just started sagging. I was super insecure about my breast. I finally made the decision to get my breast done. I went to Dr. gaxiola in TJ. Overall my experience has been going good.

Let me start off by saying that I am extremely pleased with my results, 4 days post op and I’m overwhelmed with excitement to wake up and see my recovery progress every day. I had a breast augmentation lipo underarms back and abdominal area with fat transfer to glutes (bbl). Dr. Gaxiola is a true artist when he did my consult his attention to detail was impeccable he had my best interest in giving me exactly what I had hoped for even above and beyond my expectations. The staff is so friendly and attentive answering all of my questions and making me comfortable. The hospital experience was so amazing the anesthesiologist made me feel so comfortable I was so nervous but after speaking with Dr. Gaxiola and his staff I was confident that I was going to have an amazing experience and outcome. I would highly recommend him to any one looking to have any of these procedures. I would go back in a heartbeat, there’s no doubt he is a professional expert in his craft.
