Would filler, fat removal, or even implants be a better route for me, given my anatomy? (Photo)

I’ve always had nasolabial folds to some degree, but they’ve gotten worse over the past year or so. The main thing that seems to be supporting the concave there is the fat above and below it, as you can see in the pictures. I feel like it would need a substantial amount of filler to raise the area, which isn’t desirable long term. Is this wrong? Or is there a way to remove the offending fat? Or would a paranasal implant work better for me? What would you recommend?
