Upper body workouts 2 years post sub-muscular breast implants.

Loveyourselfirst
hello It's been 2 years since my BA I was flat chested and got 260ccs under the muscle No complications This month I went back to the gym and noticed that my upper body is weak So I started taking courses like body pump that includes weight lifting (2.5kg maximum on each side) When we get to the chest part of the training, I feel scared and uncomfortable I imagine my muscle pressuring on my implant and causing some serious complications Is that true? or is it okay to work on your chest area? thank you
