My natural chin is small, in terms of its forward projection, its vertical length, and its width. I had a chin implant a year ago with a reasonably satisfactory result. I'm wondering if a sliding genioplasty can give me a more dramatic, 3D augmentation with fewer long-term concerns, like bone resorption. Possible?
