Would a genioplasty minimize the point in my chin and correct my side profile? (photo)

Question

I am a 34F and my chin is slightly larger and pointy in my front profile but looks ok but sometimes when I see side photos (that someone else took) I am like what the heck is going on with my chin to be protruding like that! Is a genioplasty the best thing to be done? I get Botox and mentioned it and they didn’t think my side profile looked all that odd. I have had masseter Botox before (it’s been a while) but didn’t take a photo see if this helped.

It is hard to answer based solely on this picture and without a thorough evaluation but you could be a candidate for a chin repair & reduction.

It looks like you have some maxillary hypoplasia. 
To get a quality assessment and better understanding of treatment options I suggest consulting with oral surgeons or plastic surgeons with proper craniofacial fellowship training.
