Hi, I'm 25 years old. I have a lipoma on my right buttock and I had it surgically removed twice but I'm not satisfied with the results because of how deformed and uneven my butt looks now. I'm not too sure what happened with my previous surgeries but my surgeon told me that my lipoma is not enclosed in a capsule so it was hard to completely remove my lipoma. I'm looking to have a BBL or something that could fix the deformity in my buttock and enhance the overall look.

Itching is fairly common after surgery. If there is any sign of rash or allergic reaction, that would be something different. My patients choose to wear a soft cotton t-shirt under the compression garment to lessen the itching.
Thanks for your question. Plastic surgeons have a Body Mass Index (BMI) limit for BBL surgery. At my practice, the max BMI limit for the BBL is 35. The BMI is based on your height and weight. You can check online what your BMI is using an BMI calculator. If you are over the BMI limit, I would...
Epidural is one way to achieve anesthesia and pain control during and after BBL. It's optional, you don't "need" it. Surgery can be done safely and effectively under general anesthetic.
