Can I get a BBL with a lipoma on my right butt? If not, What other procedure is suitable for my case?

Hi, thank you for sharing your question. You are a great candidate for BBL. You are thin, but should have enough fat to fix the asymmetry with fat grafting. Consult with a board certified plastic surgeon who can discuss your options with you. I hope this helps.

It is very likely that you can expect more symmetry with fat grafting of the buttocks. However, this is very challenging adventure and you should seek help from very experienced board certified plastic surgeon. Additional lipoma reduction with liposuction (if possible due to deep scar) should be considered. Injection of nano-fat grafts into scar may help with maturation and appearance of the scar. based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. You can get lipoma removal at the same time. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

I see no reason why you cannot have a BBL. It may be a bit challenging to get a perfect contour because of the previous lipoma removal. There may be scar tissue that’s contracting the tissues in that area. It would also be nice if the second procedure completely eliminated the lipoma so you will not be dealing with excision of more lipoma tissue after the BBL.

Your scar looks immature. I would wait at least six months from your last lipoma surgery before having a BBL(The longer the better.)

I suggest having multiple in person consultations with local board-certified plastic surgeons to see what each of them have to say about your candidacy for the procedure.
