Good skin The type of heart condition I have heart murmur and a slight leak in my left Mitral valve of my heart I have asthma and Anemic? Medication to take is Inhaler and low-dose aspirin

Your medical conditions need to be optimized prior to any medical procedure, in particular your anemia needs to be optimized, your asthma should be treated and optimized with beta-blockers and long term steroid inhalers and your heart condition should be cleared by your cardiologist who will recommend what type and dosages will need to be used with your mitral valve leak

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. You will need to get a clearance from your cardiologist prior to surgery. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

It depends on the degree of your medical conditions and how the surgeon and potentially anesthesiologist feel about it.

Severe heart valve failure should be repaired before elective surgery but mild murmurs that do not have a physiological impact on heart function can be left alone.

Likewise severe asthma or anemia should be managed before surgery while mild cases are not an issue.

If you haven’t chosen a provider then I suggest having multiple in person consultations. At the time you can share your medical history. You can also ask your primary care doctor if they feel that you would be cleared for surgery.

Most likely my best guess is he would be fine for an elective cosmetic procedure but the information posted is a bit incomplete to make a definitive statement.
