Question

I've noticed looking at many before and agrees that people with short torsos end up looking bad after they get a BBL. I need to know if it's even worth trying to get a BBL with my body type.

A Brazilian Butt lift can greatly improve the shape and proportionality of the body by highlighting the contour at the waist level and improving the characteristics of the gluteal projection without exaggerating, from my perception of beauty. However, the bone structure does not change and remains the same, which influences the outcome of the procedure. A tummy tuck should also be considered within the surgical plan to help you achieve a flat abdomen and attain your desired look. In this regard, I recommend you waist and back Liposculpture, getting better curves especially in the waist, improving your body contour.

Finally, I suggested take the fat we get and transfer to the buttocks and hips, to mold them and get better volume, contour and butt projection, is that we know as "Brazilian Butt Lift" (BBL).

Based on these photos, it seems that you already have  nice buttock and hips, which may not need much augmentation. It is always an issue with individual aesthetic criteria which significantly vary from patient to patient and surgeon to surgeon. A good analysis and discussion about your goals is something that you need to address with your surgeon. Look for a true expert and analyze photos on the website to see whether you like certain "style'; corrections may be very painful. Good luck.

It depends on how your doctor performs the BBL: In patients who have a long buttocks (where it starts on high and where it ends below on thighs) It is better to keep the fat transfer on the higher half of the buttock. So this makes the lifting effect instead of giving a full and tubby appearance. Also giving too much fat on hip sides will irrationally enlarge this region and make you look shorter than you are.
This is also valid for your body type. I would recommend you a 360 liposuction, tummy tuck with muscle repair and BBL (upper)

I don’t think you need a BBL.
Your abdomen bulges significantly. This is most likely a combination of excess visceral fat combined with muscle separation from previous pregnancies if you have children. If not then it’s all related to visceral fat.
You don’t have enough subcutaneous fat to get a flat abdomen from Liposuction.
With the exes visceral fat no surgical procedure will get you a flat abdomen unless you lose weight first.
The women in your wish pictures probably weigh about 130 pounds each. To look better and to reduce the size of your abdomen weight loss must be part of of the equation. If you’ve had previous pregnancies then a full tummy tuck is probably also needed. your bottom is not lacking in volume and I think your main priority should be focusing on getting flat abdomen and reducing your midsection.
This requires weight loss first and then you can get an assessment for surgical intervention. If you opt for surgery now you will probably be disappointed with the outcome.
