Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon
We have a lot of ways to tighten the skin. The number one issues is typically sun damage and pore size. We have developed a new series of treatments using abrasion techniques along with different wavelengths of light to target discoloration, fine wrinkles and shadowing problems. The key is to be critical, be specific about what bothers you and we can use the many tools available to us to target that part of your anatomy. This can range from volumizers to superficial tightening techniques as I mentioned above.Hope this helps.Best of luck,DrC
Well-placed fillers and thermage treatments may give improvement. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer
Its difficult to give recommendations without photos. Often we can attempt Botox to lift the brow and Ultherapy to tighten the skin above the brow. You will not get surgical type results, but you may be able to get a subtle lift. Best of luck to you!
Dear Obsidian86:There are many technologies available for skin tightening, including radio-frequency, microfocused ultrasound, and Microneedling with PRP. You do not state your age or whether there are depressions under your eyes as well, but in general, in the decades I have been using these devices, I have found radiofrequency treatments with ThermiSmoooth to be the most effective for tightening skin in this area. Several treatments are performed about a month apart, and there is some immediate improvement as well as continued improvement for 6 months afterward. There is no downtime whatsoever and it is safe in any skin type and quite comfortable to undergo.Microneedling with PRP is sometimes appropriate, especially if there is sun damage as well, and Fillers can be injected if there is a depression or hollow under the eye. Botox is used only if the muscles are overactive in this area. I have not found that Fraxel tightens the skin, although it does help with brown spots and perhaps very fine wrinkles. All the best, Dr. Clark
Thermage FLX treatment on the eyelids will tighten, smooth and lift eyelid skin. This combined with fillers and or Botox/Dysport should give you a nice eye rejuvenation.
There is the Tempsure Envi which is a new radiofrequency treatment that minimizes wrinkles and tightens the skin as well as produces collagen It works great in the eyelid area. It is safe for all skin types and requires no surgery, needles or downtime. You can continue your normal routine post treatment. Another bonus is that it is not a painful procedure.
Viora reaction is a bipolar radiofrequency device. It has the ability to penetrate deeply. In my opinion, I would avoid the area with the titanium rods. A more superficial treatment for the neck would be preferred.
