Viora reaction question: I have titanium fused in my neck.

I have had a surgery on my neck ACDIF..10 years ago.. (anterior cervical discectomy with instrumentation and fusion) in simple terms it means there is titanium fused in my neck.. Is Viora Reaction ok to do on neck..I had Ultheraphy done 2 years ago..and doctor said ok ..did not do neck..just lower face just want to know if viora reaction is ok to do on face..and also on neck as a "secondary" option ?
