Skin atrophy from steroid cream on cheek reversible? I have sagging cheeks. (photo)

I applied steroid on my cheeks for 8 days...its was Fudic bnf potent...given by doctor for dermatitis...now my skin on that area is loose and thin with redness...is skin thinning from steroid reversible?my cheek looks like it has sagged a bit and lost some fat...will it recover back to what is was?
