I'm 23 years old, 5"3 and 112 pounds - which is completely average weight. My face looks 50 pounds heavier due to all the sagging skin! I've been around the same weight for most of my life. Is it better to add volume in other places of the face, or to remove fat? Is it risky for future aging? Thank you in advance!
