Do you recommend ULTRAtherma? Which is the latest in ultrasound for tightening skin?

My main concern after reading reviews on Ultrasound type procedures is the fat loss some people experience along with lines on the neck. Wanted to know whether ULTRATherma is different in any way to Ulthera and like procedures.
