I had a rhinoplasty last year to address a jump on my nose and also ended up getting my rip raised a bit. I had some nostril asymmetry before the surgery and unfortunately after the surgery it looks so much worse. I'm wondering what my options are. I know I had some asymmetry before but I feel like maybe my columella was sewed on crooked? I am going to go to a follow up with the performing doctor and maybe get a second or third opinion, but I would like to go into this having some info.
