Fat transfer to skinny calves/ankles?

Question

I have extremely skinny calves, same with the ankle area as well, my thighs are fine but just don't match the bottom half, I am super insecure about them and just hate them, really wish they were just normal, looking for a surgeon who performs fat transfer to calves and ankles, I heard ankles is really hard to do so if even just the calf I will be happy , can you please recommend surgeons who regularly do this, thanks!

I generally perform a combination of calf implants and fat grafting to augment calves. The scars are hidden behind the knee area. It's a nice procedure that generally takes about an hour to 90 minutes. Go on a few consultations to meet with surgeons who are experienced with the procedure as its not performed by all.best

Calf and ankle fat transfers usually require a significant fat harvest and fat take around the ankles is very low due to the tight tissues. It almost always more than one fat grafting session to get visible results. The key is whether you have enough fat to harvest to make the procedure worthwhile. Conversely, calf implants provide an immediate and permanent change. Calf implants can be combined with fat grafting below them in patients that have low amounts of fat to harvest.
