If the electric breast pump really worked, everyone would use it and plastic surgeons would not do any breast lifts and this is not reality. This is invariably a marketing ploy to get you to buy a piece of equipment that has no efficacy at all. In order for me to give meaningful information about whether a breast lift would benefit you, at least some photographs would be helpful so that I can see the position of your nipple/areola with regard to your inframammary fold, breast size and overall shape and contour. This can also be done with you having a consultation with the board certified plastic surgeon so that they can discuss your options. Best wishes.
Dear Good461930,there is no non-surgical method to lift breasts. My preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. No, a pump massage will not lift your breasts. The best technique to lift breasts is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
Please do not waste your money. there is no home device that will tighten and lift breast tissue. a lift will work, but you might want to wait until you have had all your children.
Using a massaging breast pump will not improve sagging to the breasts. Depending on the degree of ptosis (sagging) a surgical breast lift may be recommended. Many factors can contribute to sagging such as genetics, pregnancy, breastfeeding, and weight gain/loss. As you are 23 it is important to note that if you have a lift now your results may be altered by future pregnancies.
There are no proven nonsurgical methods to improve breast droopiness.Much of this is genetically predetermined.Pregnancy and breast-feeding tend to make the condition worse. If the problem bothers you enough that you’re willing to have surgery, then consider scheduling a few in person consultations with plastic surgeons in your community. avo, oohing, obesity, and especially avoiding significant weight. Fluctuations is probably the best you can do but even this is going to be a limited use compared to genetic predisposition.Best,Mats Hagstrom, MD.

Thank you for your photographs. You have a grade 2 ptosis but otherwise normal breasts. A simple breast lift should return you to a more youthful position. It will move the nipple/areola to its correct position, which is above the inframammary fold. If you feel that your breasts are too large...
Thanks for your question. Yes, both of these procedures can be done at the same time. I recommend scheduling a consult for a proper evaluation. Please always consult with a board certified plastic surgeon. Take care, Dr. Moises Salama, board certified plastic surgeon.
