Will Airsculpt power bbl yield the same results at a regular Bbl surgery?

There is a new technique I came across on the internet...however I am not sure how "real" it is. They say 'airsculpt" is the procedure that can be used for a power bbl/bbl but without the long downtime, and minimal pain. It is however significantly more than the average cost of an invasive bbl. Some of the results I have found satisfying, others I barely saw a difference... Overall, I am asking if any doctors or patients with results recommend this procedure? I just don't want to spend more to get less...
