You could do an augmentation alone obtain a pleasing result without a lift. Your nipple/areolas are not below your inframammary fold and so in general a lift is not needed.
Your nipples appear to be located at or below your breast fold, therefore a full breast lift may be recommended depending on your goals. A donut lift may not be sufficient.
I recommend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants. They then get to choose what looks right for them. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what size and style breast implant is right for them. Mildly Sagging Breasts: If your breasts are mildly droopy, a saline or silicone gel implant placed behind the pectoral muscle might help create the illusion of perkiness. That’s because as the implant fills out the top of the breast, it also fills out the bottom, making it look as if the nipple has moved higher. It hasn’t. You can always get a lift later if you feel you are not perky enough when fully settled and healed. Dr. Ted Eisenberg, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and Author. The technique I recommend is a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. At the same time, fat transfers or small implants can be placed if additional volume is desired.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
Dear Easygoing724508,my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
Hello! The implants will serve to lift your breast. The fuller the implant, the less likely you will need a lift. Donut lift is not super effective and typically discussion on lift would be a lollipop or anchor lift. Many of my patients accept a relatively low nipple position to avoid going through the lift with its associated scars.Be sure to see a board certified plastic surgeon. You can find one at plasticsurgery.org.Best of luck to you!
Those sizes seems reasonable to me however I'm not a big fan of the periareolar /donut lift. I find that this type of lift does not give the look a lot of women want as it does not help the shape enough. You can still end up with sagging and possibly a bad scar and widened aureoles.
Measurements are needed to be certain, but you may need the vertical lift because of the amount of breast tissue that is sagging.
Thanks for posting 2 photos. I recommend 450 cc dual plane placement. As for donut lifts, depends on if you want slight N/A lift or can wait to 3-6 months after surgery to do donut lift if not happy with implants results. Re donut lift can be under local anesthesia, btw. Fee range from $5,000-$10,000, Best to virtual consult with....
Hello and greetings from Turkey. Based on the information and the pictures that you have provided the biggest implant size can be placed to achieve full c or d cup is 400 cc high profile implants. Please kindly note that the information that I have provided based on your photos and in-person consultation will give the best idea.
Please go back to your surgeon and be examined. Your implant may be trying to show through very thin skin.
4-6 weeks without Nicotine or tobacco of any kind should be enough to have the effects of theseMostly wear off. With that being said there is still always the risk of wound healing problems and nipple necrosis. Your plastic surgeon is likely to be conservative and you because of that anyway
Although your photo does not show your breasts, I doubt 800 cc's will work for you. Very few women can carry that much weight well on their neck and shoulders, and not stretch what tissue they have very thinly. During your consultation, you will be measured and examined, and can try on the range...
