Bruised appearance under breast. What is this and how can it be fixed? (Photo)

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

You don’t mention if you have an implant as well. If you have an implant I would be concerned that the blue area is thin skin and the implant is closed to being exposed. If you do not have an implant it could be fluid or old blood which could easily be removed with a needle and syringe.

Please go back to your surgeon and be examined. Your implant may be trying to show through very thin skin.

Thank you for reaching out. These bruises would go away after surgery but considering you already are one year post operation, first thing that should be done is to have an ultrasound to have an insight about the breast tissue. An examination with bare eyes can not be sufficient enough for treatment.
There are different reasons for this appearance such as fat necrosis or hematoma. It can be treated with the right diagnoses and right treatment.

Based only on posted photos might be very concerned that "bruised" appearance id the implant just under skin scar? Best to seek immediate in person consults! Only re operation can correct potential implant exposure...

From your photos, I note an area of bluish discoloration at the junction of the inverted T flaps of your breast lift. You require an in-person examination by your plastic surgeon as the photo suggests the possibility of flap thinning due to excess tension.
It would be wise to undergo reevaluation by your plastic surgeon in the near future.
