Female 57, 5’5” 148# I do not scar easily. My scars tend to fade very nicely. But One year post surgery my skin appears to be quite bruised around the lower incision of the anchor. What is it and how can it be fixed

Thank you for your question. Due to the volume of your breasts, I do not believe you will need a breast lift. A breast augmentation should give you the aesthetic and results you desire. I would speak with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and for further evaluation.
