Female 57, 5’5” 148# I do not scar easily. My scars tend to fade very nicely. But One year post surgery my skin appears to be quite bruised around the lower incision of the anchor. What is it and how can it be fixed

With nonspecific signs like this I would always recommend seeing a plastic surgeon for evaluation. They are likely to recommend you have an ultrasound of your breasts to rule out any more concerning Diagnoses.
