How long do you have to stay in a recovery home after a BBL?Great question! Every plastic surgeon has their different criteria, most immediate post operative complications will occur within 3 days after surgery. I recommend my patients to have a minimum of 2 follow ups, the first day after and the third day after and during those visits, we’ll check to see if any of those complications will arrive and we will redose the low melicular weight to reduce the possibility of forming blood clots and prevent blood clots during their transportation back home. Many surgeons, including myself, offer online virtual consultations where you send to me your photos of yourself and what you thinks looks good. Then, I can listen and understand your concept of a beautiful contour and shape and we can plan together for the best result for you. Do your homework and read online reviews, evaluate before and after pictures and choose to have an in-person exam / consultation with an AOA or AMA board-certified plastic surgeon that has privileges to do this surgery at a pier reviewed local hospital.
