I had a fat transfer to my buttocks in April of 2017. I am very unhappy as the fat seems to be placed just at the top of my butt, making it appear like a shelf and the bottom remains flat. Is the fat usually transferred everywhere or is the fat supposed to be localized at the top of the buttock? Can correction surgery be done? I also feel there was not an adequate amount of fat removed from my abdomen and back through liposuction. I have included one picture of my front and back pre and post.
