I'm a 26 year old who had extreme facial laxity. I had a facelift one year ago (in two weeks it will be one year) and the scars are horribly big and wide and white. Moreover, my ears are still really read and my lobes have weird shape. Is it normal? I can't even put my hair up because it's very ugly. Moreover, I still have a lot of skin left and when I smile, there's a little fold that isn't pretty. What to do about It?

Your earlobe seems to have been pulled down and distorted the lobe. Deep plane facelift is no better than standard facelift. It's hard to tell from photos the specific problems but I'm sure it can be corrected. I've seen this problem many times
