Previous laxity returned after Deep Plane Facelift - How Much Revision I Need?

Your earlobe seems to have been pulled down and distorted the lobe. Deep plane facelift is no better than standard facelift. It's hard to tell from photos the specific problems but I'm sure it can be corrected. I've seen this problem many times

There are two components to facial beauty, skin and structure. Facelift improves the structure but not the skin as much. It is important sometimes to use modalities like Radiofrequency or lasers to improve the skin tightness.
Also, keep in mind the photographs to assess the results should be in standard format without looking down or pulling the skin. If you could post standard photos of before and after surgery, front, 3/4 view and side view in the Frankfurt Plane (A line drawn from mid ear to the eye should be parallel to the ground) it would make it easy to analyze.
