hi i had a facelift 18 months ago and as you can see in my before and after photos my nasolabial folds got worse can this possibly happen in a facelift? is there a way i can get back to how it was?

Your earlobe seems to have been pulled down and distorted the lobe. Deep plane facelift is no better than standard facelift. It's hard to tell from photos the specific problems but I'm sure it can be corrected. I've seen this problem many times

You don't say how long it has been since your surgery but it looks recent. It is possible that your hair will grow back and it looks like that is already starting to occur
