Surgeon has a technique to hide scars in the hair, apparently. No pre-surgery discussion about my hairline or hair preservation. Now I have a radically shifted hairline, no sideburns and bald patches on both sides. Oh, and he did not do my neck so that still looks old, especially when I look down. What do I do?

Probably the best thing to do would be a standard facelifts to reposition the skin properly. There are several ways to treat lower lid retraction and do stones skin needs to be added back or the skin properly adjusted.
You can always ask for a minor revision but expect fees to be charged. I think an anterior mini F?with SMAS could help the issue. Fees in the $8,000 ranges.
