My lips are naturally thin and it is worsening with age. Multiple surgeons said I’m not a candidate for the bullhorn lip lift, (incision under nose). I tried Botox lip flips and filler and disliked the outcomes. After in-person consultations, two surgeons strongly recommended a conservative lip advancement / direct lip lift (incisions along the vermilion borders, top and bottom). I am booking follow-up consultations - what questions I should ask? Any advice is appreciated. Thank you.
