I don't see anything glaringly obvious on your face that needs to be addressed. Also a deviated septum surgery is not going to change the appearance externally of your face.

The least expensive procedure for you would be a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. This takes 1 hour to perform under local anesthesia and costs $4,000. You have not provided lateral photographs so it is difficult to determine if you have a deviated septum. If you do have a deviated septum then a rhinoplasty and septoplasty can be done. It is a more expensive procedure and costs $8,000 and has to be done under general anesthesia.
