Long philtrum, possible deviated septum. Options? (photo)

Iamacurious
I have thought about a lip lift since I have a little longer philtrum. I also thought about getting fox eye lift done, or a nose job to fix my septum because I believe it is deviated. I really want to level up my beauty but I can’t afford multiple procedures so I would like to know what is the best thing I can do to look more attractive in one procedure. My deviated septum definitely looks more dramatic on the iPhone camera, and most people say they barely notice it in real life but I do.
