I am very self conscious about my lopsided smile flat smile due to fat loss. Would i be a good candidate for a lip lift ? Or would another procedure be better ? Any advisee would be very much appreciated.

Thank you for the photos.  I would consider peri-oral fat transfer with a lip lift. Fat added to the pre jowl sulcus, folds,  and labiomental crease would soften the mouth.
