A medium viscosity HA filler can be used to add volume to the upper lip. A low viscosity, cohesive, malleable HA filler can be used to accentuate and define the upper vermilion, which would also contribute to an upper lip lift. If still necessary, a couple of microdroplet of Botos placed on each side of the upper vermilion border would further enhance this nonsurgical lip lift. Finally, the same low viscosity filler can be additionally injected at the lateral vermilion borders of the lower lip, which in turn would raise the slight downturning noted there.
