Can I expect a flat abdomen after a tummy tuck? (Photos)

Im wondering if visceral fat will keep a bulge. The internet says I have It and can’t obtain a flat stomach with a tummy tuck but I can make the upper part of my abdomen pretty small with sucking in so I’m not sure. Female 5’6 200 lbs 3 kids (1 vag & 2 c sections)

As long as your BMI is around 30, you would be a good candidate for a tummy tuck to eliminate excess skin as well as liposuction for contouring of your waist.
