I had a breast lift with implants 12 years ago and had a revision done at the end of may this year. My doctor is great, he’s on here actually so hopefully I can get his opinion as wellon these pictures. I have felt like my left breast has been misshapen since having the procedure done and my right breast implant is stuck. This was part of the reason I wanted another surgery, to fix the previous implant that felt stuck and now I have issues with both. What can I do to fix this at this point?

I am so very sorry about your accident, but am so glad you are OK. Yes, let your primary physician check you and order an ultrasound to check your implants.
Double bubble deformity is often seen with submuscular implants when the muscle detaches and retracts upwards .
I correct these by placing the implants above the muscle, under the fascia and fixate the inframammary fold
No, you need to wait now and give yourself time to heal. At 6 months, then do the lift. Implants really do not lift breasts unless only a small amount is needed to lift. You need a lift.
