Dear DansWoman85, thanks for sharing your concerns, will be good to see some more pictures to determine, but yes you look like a great candidate for Ultrasound guided BBL. Make sure you go on consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon. Hope this helps and best of lucks. Dr. Luis Mejia.
Thanks for your question. Based on your pictures, you seem to be a good candidate for a skinny BBL. A BBL requires 360 lipo, which is lipo of the upper and lower abdomen, the upper and lower back and the flanks. In addition, if you do not have enough fat in these areas, liposuction can be performed in many other areas of the body for fat transfer to the buttocks, such as the upper arms and chin. That said, you may be required to gain some weight. I recommend you schedule a consult for a proper evaluation. Make sure the surgeon you choose has extensive experience with Skinny BBLs and clean credentials. Always consult with a board certified plastic surgeon. Take care, Moises Salama MD, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon
Dear danswoman85,it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your photo, it looks like you don't have much extra fat tissue. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
Yes, based on the photos you'd be a very good candidate for a BBL. You do have some limited donor site fat but enough to make a very nice shape.
I recommend you waist and back Liposculpture, getting better curves especially in the waist, improving your body contour. Finally, I suggested take the fat we get and transfer to the buttocks and hips, to mold them and get better volume, contour and butt projection, is that we know as "Brazilian Butt Lift" (BBL).Kind regards
Thank you for your question and photo. A side view would've been helpful. Based on this photo, you can get a nice enhancement and shaping in the hands of a well trained plastic surgeon. You do not have a lot of fat, and your best results are obtained from the first surgery. I do these surgeries in our office accredited surgical suite under deep intravenous sedation. See a board certified plastic surgeon experienced in advanced body sculpting techniques for an in person consultation/evaluation. Good luck.
Based on this single photo it appears that you will have enough fat for shaping and augmentation of buttocks. In person consultation or are least a teleconference with a board certified plastic surgeon with expertise in this procedure is recommended. Good luck.
Based on your single picture, I would say you are an excellent candidate for a BBL. I think 80% of the results will come from well done Liposuction, which is probably far more important than grafting fat to your buttocks. Well done Liposuction demarcating exactly where your waist should begin and your buttocks Ends is by far the most important variable in doing this procedure well. Delivering consistent quality, liposuction, and or fat transfer results is much more difficult than most people realize. The number of plastic surgeons of truly mastered this procedure are in a small minority. Simply doing liposuction alone could give it stunning result, without even needing to add volume to your buttocks. Adding fat can give it a better result, but well done Liposuction is in my opinion, the more important part of the variable. Being bored, certified in plastic surgery with years of experience does not mean it. Somebody has mastered anyone single procedure especially not Liposuction.Never assume that somebody is good at Liposuction without the clear evidence.Poorly done Liposuction can leave people permanently disfigured.Likewise, well done, Liposuction can give you a stunning transformation. The following are some general guidelines for finding the right provider.I cannot emphasize enough the importance of providing selection. To find the best provider, I suggest patient schedule multiple in person consultations with experienced plastic surgeons in their community. During each consultation, ask each provider to open up their portfolio and show you their entire collection of before and after pictures of previous patients who have similar body or facial characteristics to your own. An experienced plastic surgeon should have no difficulty showing you the before and after pictures of at least 50 previous patients. An experienced provider should in fact have hundreds or preferably thousands of before and after pictures to choose from for commonly performed procedures. Being shown a handful of preselected images, representing the best results of a provider’s career is insufficient to get a clear understanding of what average results will look like in the hands of each provider. There is no correct number of consultations needed to find the best provider. The more consultations you scheduled the more likely you are to find the best provider for your needs. Take careful notes during each consultation, especially regarding the quantity and quality of before and after pictures. It’s not a bad idea to bring pictures of your own body/face to use as reference when reviewing before and after pictures. The biggest mistake patients make is scheduling only one consultation without properly vetting or comparing providers before scheduling surgery.Best,Mats Hagstrom, MD
