Lost 20 pounds 4 yrs after BBL. If I gain weight, will my butt gain the volume back?

A fat volume after fat grafting is stable once it matures which is approximately 1 year after fat grafting. After that time grafted fat behaves like the rest of your body fat; if you lose weight you will proportionally lose volume in the grafted area and vice versa. I hope this helps you.

Hi! This is Arzu from Dr Caner Kaçmaz Clinic. The bbl is done in cases that you dont have fat in the butt so it is been transfered and your body normally doesnt accumulate it in that zone, so when you loose fat from the butt you may need a second surgery
