Is it possible for me to get a BBL with my injuries?

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Your injuries were a long time ago so you probably can get a surgery. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.
