If you're patient, those bumps will eventually resolve. If you want them out sooner, you may need a second or third injection session of hyaluronidase. Hyaluronidase, if injected properly and in the right amount and depth by a highly trained and experienced physician (e.g. dermatologist) should not cause you any problems.
