Dilution of Hylenex and Hyaluronidase is physician specific. I would speak to your surgeon about your condition immediately.Best, Dr. KaramanoukianRealself100 Surgeon
Every injector is different, but I most commonly do not dilute hylauronidase at all, and when I do, its with normal saline. Ringing of ears, even with lidocaine, would be highly unlikely. Most important is to have a highly trained and experienced physician (e.g. dermatologist) to optimize your results and safety.
Generally when I use hyaluronidase I don’t dilute it with lidocaineane primarily because I want to put a concentrated amount of hyaluronidase and massage it in, because I can actually see the improvement right away. I don’t want lidocaine or other diluents I may use to give it a little swelling. At this point when I inject hyaluronidase I do some topical numbing, some icing and inject the hyaluronidase and massage it down. Final results will be several days but you should be able to see some immediate improvement.
Failure of Hylenex to reverse filler may be due to a variety of factors. I would consider alternate approaches to reversing your HA filler. Best, Dr. KaramanoukianRealself100 Surgeon

Hi there,I feel that the swelling will resolve itself in a couple of days. Ice, taking antihistamine and sleeping with your head elevated will help the inflammation go down quicker. Hylase has a half life of 48 hours so in a weeks time see how the results were and if possible you might need ...
Your pictures appear to show developing skin necrosis from arterial occlusion caused by the filler. You need to follow up with your physician immediately for further treatment (more hyaluronidase, warm compresses, aspirin etc.) to prevent permanent damage. This is an emergency, don't wait. Good...
Facial fillers using Hyaluronic acid can cause immediate swelling and uneven contour. The swelling usually subsides with time. I recommend applying Plato's Bruise Balm twice daily for a few days after injecting my patients. If the filler lumps do not resolve, then a small injection of Hylenex ...
Thankyou for your question .From the photo it appears you have redness and swelling around the nasoabial lines( ie end of line starting from the nose and heading towards the mouth) rather than the marionette (which is the line from the corner of the mouth to the jawline) .Regardless of...
