This is difficult to answer without pictures and needs an in-person evaluation. It will take a series of treatments with hyaluronidase to dissolve Voluma. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer
It is hard to say how many treatment sessions you'll require, but 2-4 treatments would be a typical range. More importantly, make sure you have a highly trained and experienced physician (e.g. dermatologist) to do this treatment safely and effectively for you.
Hi gyujly,Hyaluronidase, an enzyme specific for dissolving hyaluronic acids in fillers like Voluma is used widely to dissolve granulomas resulting from allergy to HA and for erroneous or excessive placement of fillers. In your case, how much should be used and how many sessions are needed to restore your face to its pre-filler state would depend on how much time has passed, aside from the volume of fillers used.Six syringes would take around 3 sessions upward. It would be best to proceed with caution - slow but sure to avoid any asymmetry. All the best,Justin Harper, M.D.

Failure of Hylenex to reverse filler may be due to a variety of factors. I would consider alternate approaches to reversing your HA filler. Best, Dr. KaramanoukianRealself100 Surgeon
